What to Expect:
During our phone call, we’ll discuss all of the options available to you for your Universal Orlando Resort vacation. We’ll make notes about your wants and needs, so that we can provide a meaningful quote with options that you’ll love.
After the consultation, you’ll receive a personalized quote, based on availability and your preferences we discussed on the phone. You can reach out with any questions or changes you’d like to see, until we’ve built your perfect package!
Once we’ve built your perfect vacation, you’ll receive a copy of your confirmation and a secure link to submit your payment authorization. Your deposit will typically be due in 3 days, unless we’re planning less than 45 days in advance of your arrival date!
You’ll also receive an invitation to set up your optional Client Portal account. This portal allows you to authorize payments, store payment methods to prevent having to re-enter them, check your balance and final payment date, and view information about your vacation in real time.
We’ll provide you with Experience Updates and information throughout the planning process. We also continually price monitor and will notify you of any promotions that you may be eligible for!
Your package final payment is due 45 days before your arrival date. You’ll get reminders along the way and can always submit interim payments anytime!
Before you leave, you’ll receive a personalized guide to your vacation, packed with tons of information, links, and videos to make sure you arrive confident and prepared! The guidebook is available as a PDF, but also as an app to have it all at your fingertips throughout your vacation!
And of course, we’re available throughout the planning process to answer your questions and offer advice at any time!
